Here are some tips when using a propane grill:

• Always check for leaks every time you disconnect or reconnect the regulator to the LP tank. A local office building had a fire in a tenant’s space that impacted the entire building. The investigators required the tenant’s space to be completely sealed until their investigation was completed.

We removed several fixed windows from the rear of the building However access was an issue, we needed to enter through the main corridor our team constructed 2 x 4 framing with zip and ventilation to isolate the tenant’s space. This pipe in a local residential home had burst causing water to flood the first floor of the home. Our team of highly trained technitians where on the scene and started the drying process within an hour of the intitial phone call, making the customer extreamly happy.

When winter comes, snow starts pilling up on the roof tops, and them melts in the warmth of the sun.
